Giovanni Solazzi works as a sports investment strategist with experience working for sports ownerships and media investment funds in Europe, the US and Latin America. A professor of sports law and finance and advisor of several startups, Giovanni obtained his law degree summa cum laude from the University of Bologna School of Law, and was a Visiting Researcher at Harvard Law School. He also studied at UCI and received his Master's Degree from Columbia University.

Giovanni lives between Houston and Cancun and speaks fluently Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Fiammetta Piazza is an attorney at the Los Angeles office of national law firm Polsinelli practicing with the capital market and commercial lending group. She focuses on securitization, cross-border finance and fintech matters, and other structure finance transactions.

Born in Italy, Fiammetta grew up and studied in both Europe and the United States. Her upbringing empowers her to look at issues from different perspectives, have unique approaches, and find creative solutions. She has earned a J.D. from Loyola Law School-Los Angeles, an LL.M. from University of California-Los Angeles, and a combined bachelor and master of law from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi.

Andrew ("Andy") Maiorano joined the California State University's Office of General Counsel  in July 2018. Andy is the University Counsel for California State University, San Marcos.  He  previously served in a similar role at California State University, Bakersfield and California State  University, Stanislaus. In addition to his responsibilities as University Counsel, Andy is a member of the Office of General Counsel's Business & Finance Team. He serves as a resource attorney on matters relating to construction, public-private partnerships (P3), Title 5 and student fees. Before joining the CSU, Andy was a deputy city attorney for the City of Newport Beach, where he served as legal counsel to the City's Public Works, Utilities, and Human Resources departments and advised on issues involving the Public Records Act, procurement, risk management, confidentiality, and public safety. Prior to working for Newport Beach, Andy worked as an attorney in the municipal and special districts practice groups for the law firm Best, Best & Krieger LLP, serving as litigation counsel to local public agencies on matters involving criminal and civil code enforcement, Pitchess motions, and dangerous conditions of public property, and providing general counsel services to cities, water districts, fire protection districts, and irrigation districts. Andy is admitted to practice law in California.
